Job Postings---Software Architects and Developers

Really Strategies is looking for contract, full-time, and part-time software architects and developers with these qualifications:

• Experience with XML, including schema/DTD development, web services, and XSLT
• Solid skills with Java and other core professional web development technologies
• Experience with text processing languages like Perl
• An ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills
• A personality and communication skills appropriate for consultative work; our projects require close interaction with customers and technology partners
• Willingness to travel within the US (amount of travel varies by project)
• Familiarity with and interest in publishing-related technologies for both online and print
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and without supervision

These are not typical software development roles. Our team members must be unusually good communicators, creative thinkers, energetic, and motivated by demanding work.
